Friends of Hanauma Bay has an exciting new project to share! Our leadership team has been working closely with Big Red Jelly, a digital marketing space, to make welcome improvements to our website and company vision. We are updating many things, from our logo, to our tagline, to website user navigation. We believe this rebranding process will improve our ability to meet and share our fundamental mission of conserving coastal and marine environments, emphasizing stewardship of the natural resources of Hanauma Bay by growing our critical stewardship community, sharing educational resources, and conservation advocacy.
The new logo (pictured above) will be present on all future merchandise and organization correspondence.
We have chosen the tagline “Conserve · Protect · Restore” to stand alongside our logo in a way that expresses our organization’s primary objectives at Hanauma Bay with a more modern feel.
Our new website format (shown above) is digitally optimized to improve user experience and liven our digital presence. Users will now be able to navigate a more easily accessed and visibly appealing space.
We as a team would like to thank all Friends of Hanauma Bay members and community advocates for standing generously with our organization. Protecting the ‘āina a me kai (land and sea) of Hanauma Bay’s precious ecosystem is an honor. As Hanauma Bay’s longest-standing adoption organization, we would like to continue community outreach efforts, student engagement, vital ecosystem studies, habitat restoration, and digital education for all.
A hui hou kakou!
