LOVE LETTER TO HANAUMA
Hawai’i Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) shared a charming letter that restores our faith in human nature. Addressed to “Dear Lover of Hanauma Bay,” it is for all of us – everywhere – who love, visit, and steward this magnificent natural resource. And ultimately, it is also a love letter to Hanauma.
DLNRʻs Dan Dennison had the privilege of returning the rock back to the beach at Hanauma. Mahalo nui loa to the author of the letter and the power of environmental educational outreach with Aloha.
