Mahalo to all the volunteers who came out earlier today for our quarterly cleanup at Hanauma Bay. Volunteers included members of the Army, CNSG Midpac and other Navy families, the C3 Car Club, Friends of Natalie Iwasa, Friends of Hanauma Bay, students from Kaiser High School and the Wipeout Crew, Au Pair exchange students from South America and Spain, and several families and community members. Thank you for picking up trash in the upper car park area and collecting many bags of trash along the lower beach area. Special thanks to the group who worked hard at the far end of the beach picking up marine debris and lots of micro plastics!
